Top of Form Select the option for One Time High Security Password (OTP) Enable High Security for Inter & Intra-Bank beneficiary and Credit card(VISA) beneficiary transactions Yes No Enable High Security for Merchant transactions Yes No Mode of Receiving OTP (Only for J&K based mobile number series) SMS Voice Call Option 'Yes' for high security means that you will receive the One Time Password (OTP) for each transaction. If you select 'No' then you will not receive the OTP up to Rs. 10,000/- for Inter-Bank, Intra-Bank and Credit Card (VISA) transactions and up to Rs. 5,000/- for merchant transactions, in a day. The OTP will be sent on your mobile number, registered with Internet Banking. The option for Mode of OTP (SMS / Voice Call), is only for J&K based mobile number series. If you select 'Voice Call' then an automated call for conveying OTP will be received at mobile number, registered with Internet Banking. Bottom of Form

• SMS based high security is enabled for inter/Intra and Credit Card (VISA) Bill Payment transactions.
• You will receive the Onetime password by SMS to your registered mobile number.
