WHEN I WAS WORKING I WAS GIVEN

ASST PROF, ASSOC PROF

for the first 5 years Asst, the next 5 yrs Assoc.prof, HEAD....

in some places lect......next asst prof, next direct prof no associate prof.

WHEN I MOVED TO UNIVERSITY AFTER 10 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE

MY DESIGNATION WAS DOWN CASTED......BUT I ACCEPTED SALARY IS MORE THAN A PROFESSOR .
