TOUCH SCREEN ISSUES WITH ANDROID PHONE MICROMAX A73

I am using Android phone Micromax A73 for the last six months. The touch screen functionality is not up to the mark and I am sticking up between actions at times. How to solve this issue?

Many Micromax users have same problem.The best way to solve this problem is go service centre.Their they will check it & will tell you the solution.
May be it is happening due to some software problem.Can't say exactly so better to for service centre.They might change it with new one.
Or may be its nature of your phone.So,go there & then come to solution.

Well..
It may be possible that your phone is affected with viruses or spams...!!
You need to make factory reset...!!
-Settings
-Privacy
-factory data reset
If still you have , you need to go for a customer care...
They will guide you...!!

You can use Touch Screen Calibration

Or else you can go for Factory Reset.


If these both don’t help, request you to visit the Service Center of Micromax

If you have a screen guard attached on the screen, remove it and put another new smooth screen guard that offers very less resistance...

If this not because of Screen guard, go get your phone repaired from service center...

This is the common problem in micromax touchscreen mobile.If your mobile's touch screen responding slowly then you should do factory reset in your mobile.If the touch screen is not working properly then it may be due to some external damage to your mobiles screen and to rectify the problem you must send it to the service centre.

I think your screen has some problem. Try doing a caliberation. If that doesnt help try doing a factory reset.

Finally you can visit a service center to know the exact reason ebhind this issue. Else just replace the phone.
