Here are some solutions to this problem....
1 Reinstall the modem.
2.Confirm that you have good phone line.
3.Check the router/firewall settings.
4.Re-enable RAS.
5. Check that you are using correct username or password
I am also using this same data card
so to solve this problem you need to change the setting in the properties of
your network :-just three steps ahead
1. click on the network icon present in the task bar & find your broadband setting.
2. Right click on that setting and select properties.
3.Click on security tab and change the data encryption setting to any other setting except "require encryption" setting.
TRY THIS!!!!!!!
If this does not work Then you need to change the data card.
