Here I am framing my own experience

 

In JNTU HUYDERABD

WHEN I WAS WORKING I WAS GIVEN

ASST PROF, ASSOC PROF

for the first 5 years Asst, the next 5 yrs Assoc.prof, HEAD....

in some places lect......next asst prof, next direct prof no associate prof.

WHEN I MOVED TO UNIVERSITY AFTER 10 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE

MY DESIGNATION WAS DOWN CASTED......BUT I ACCEPTED , the strong reason is SALARY IS MORE THAN A PROFESSOR .(2 lakhs per month)

I CANNOT WIN

'TELL ME HOW I CAN WIN GRAND FATHER' humbly

THEN HE TOLD HIS DEFEATING SECREAT 

I KNOW MANY EXAMPLES

be always is towards STAY  the side of truth i.e the god of truth.

let me explain one example

pandava are very small in number only five and some other gurus

but kauravas are big in number 

but they could not win 

why

get PEOPLE ACCEPTANCE

YOU CAN DECEIVE THE PEOPLE SOME TIMES AND SOME PEOPLE , BUT ALL THE PEOPLE & ALL THE TIME, time tested facts

YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME BELIVE WIHT FALSE INFROMATION

 U CAN NOT STOP THE TRUTH FOR LONGER TIME

YOU MAY WIN TODAY BY FALSE OR IMPROPER INFORMATION

TOMORROW OR SOON THE TRUTH WILLCOME TO THE PEOPLE
